Private Household Staffing Begins with Understanding People
Private Residences in Ukraine
Before ANTANIK, founder Oleksandr Dirochian worked in environments serving exceptionally affluent individuals and entering highly private residences where access, security, and personnel standards were taken seriously.
Those environments taught a lasting lesson: technical ability is only one part of working inside a private home. Discretion, judgment, behavior, and boundaries matter because the professional is entering someone’s private life, not simply a workplace.
In a private home, trust is not an added benefit. It is a condition of entry.
Staffing decisions in such environments were not treated casually. Finding the right person could take considerable time because the consequences of the wrong fit were larger than an empty position.
What America Added
In the United States, Oleksandr gained a different kind of operating experience through restaurant and hospitality operations. Approximately 125 employees passed through the operation during its first year.
That volume created repeated exposure to the difference between how a person presents in an interview and how that person behaves once real work begins: reliability, accountability, communication, response to pressure, and consistency.
A résumé describes experience. Behavior reveals the person.
Why ANTANIK
ANTANIK combines those two operating lessons: respect for the high-trust nature of a private residence and disciplined observation of how people actually perform at work.
We begin by understanding the home—its rhythm, expectations, responsibilities, standards, authority, and boundaries. We then define the role and evaluate candidates through five lenses: Competence, Judgment, Presence, Discretion, and Boundaries.
Founder-Led Practice
ANTANIK is intentionally founder-led. Every search is conducted with founder oversight, providing direct accountability from initial consultation through placement.
